Email Contact lists

The ANARE Club maintains two listings of expeditioner, personal email addresses to facilitate communication between expeditioners.

1 A members only listing within the clubs membership database. Members manage their own records which can contain their personal email address, and a choice made whether this information is available to other club members.

2  A public list for all Antarctic Expeditioners, ANARE or other expeditions. This list has been operating since 1996 in a basic form and with a steady stream of requests from expeditioners to be included. A new, more secure, list is currently under constructions, where the actual email address is NOT visible, being securely kept away from access by malicious operators. Activation of a link results in a form where a message is sent to the addressee, (with a cc back to the sender) to set up direct, normal email contact.

A gradual transfer of information to the new list is underway, on confirmation of a valid, current, email address. Expeditioners listed are requested to review their listing and confirm with an email to the page manager.

Please note that the list is provided as a service to all Antarctic Expeditioners by the ANARE Club, non ANARE Club members are requested to visit the Clubs  Membership  page for information about the Club and how to join. Your support of the listing, and the website in general, through membership is appreciated.
